Coulson Excavating owns and operates 2 asphalt plants located in Loveland, Colorado. We also have our own crushing plants. We subcontract traffic control, striping, concrete, guardrails, lighting and any testing needs you might have. This comprehensive ability to manage all aspects of the project means we can be your end to end solution for roadway projects big and small.
