Make a mixture of tuna, red onion, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil , mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Bake the bread on toast. Put the mixture on each piece of bread, a few pieces of avocado and tomato on them. Add cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy the meal!
